A museum is a friend, philosopher and guide, which educates one with art, artifacts, customs, costumes, cuisines, memorabilia, and culture of people of different countries. A museum silently conveys the beauty in diversity and acquaints us with distant countries thereby broadening our horizons.

Symbiosis is a unique organization primarily established to promote international understanding between Afro-Asian and Indian students, scholars and researchers. Our students are aware of the cultures of developed countries but not of the Afro-Asian countries. Afro Asian Cultural Museum is established with a view to acquainting our youth with these cultures.

I am sure the museum will inspire and instruct our students and people to appreciate the diverse cultures of Afro –Asian countries and understand the real spirit of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’, the World is one family.
